Episode 7 documents LOWER LADIES ONLY, a double black diamond old school tech trail on Mt Fromme. It had rained the past few days which made for some sketchy moments on the steepest woodwork sections. What makes this trail a must is the awesome roller coaster “Monster” that is the cherry on top after surviving the first section of the trail.
